With a price and size to meet your needs, we offer bulk soil, rock and mulches, to get you started or finish off your projects. Whether starting a driveway, leveling a yard, finishing off a basement, or creating a cozy backyard haven we can provide you the raw materials at a great bulk price.

Delivery

Allan’s Garden Club Members receive a 10% discount on all delivery charges.

The bulk materials refer to the loose product sold by the cubic yard and heavy products such as pavingstones, retaining wall blocks and concrete products.

Each customer must provide detailed directions If the address is at all unusual. They must be clearly marked on which side of their driveway they want the product placed. We place products on public roadways, etc. If you’ve contacted the proper municipalities for a permit (this permit is the sole on us of the home owner).

Customers must be aware of their own vehicle capability.

½ yard of rock weighs about 1,400 pounds.

Small pick-up (like S10)	Mulch: 1 to 1 1/2 yards	Soil/Rocks: 1/2 yard
Standard ½ Ton	Mulch: 2 yards	Soil/Rocks: 1/2 yard
¾ Ton or 1 Ton	Mulch: 2 1/2 yards	Soil/Rocks: 1 1/2 yard

Pick - up products in half yard or full yard increments a minimum charge of $25.00 per loading.

Remember: We do not load trucks with canopies. We load with bobcat into an open bed only.
